Anemone Residence
This client was excited about their new deck but needed a way of lighting the outdoor space in the evening. We were delighted to offer our latest affiliates in deck lighting using Dekor® deck dot products! The client was ecstatic to see how clean and low-profile these light fixtures were and equally surprised to hear they were LED and can be controlled via the Dekor App®!

Jobe Residence
This home was a new build and the client wanted to add their own style of fixtures. We were called out to install the selected fixtures and ceiling fans throughout the home. They were happy to have seen it all come together delivering the final touches of this beautiful home.

Ali Residence
Mr. Ali was concerned with the extended power outages he, among others in his area, had been experiencing, he wanted to invest in a standby generator from Generac. This 7kw unit gave him the essential circuits he needed for the peace of mind to ensure him a consistent power source when the utility fails. In all, he was deeply satisfied that the backup system will give him many years of safe reliable standby power.

Lyall Residence
This client was interested in having complete control of his audio, video, HVAC, & lighting. Using the RTI home automation system we not only completed his request but surpassed his thought by introducing "one button" press to create a sequence of events. A series of products were invested into this home including, Lutron's RadioRa2® lighting control, Nest® climate control, RTI® processing and control components, Denon® AVR, Episode™ Architectural Speakers and more to develop a system capable of delivering Professional Grade control.

Hudson Residence
This project was done using a software to provide a design to the client for the landscape lighting. Using Kichler LED path and accent lights with a 60º spread, we were able to fit them with a dramatic lighting system and a longterm investment using LED lighting. Ohana Room
Previously known as "Whiskey Beach" has now been dubbed the Ohana Room, which translates to House or a place for family in the Hawaiian culture. Meeting with these guys was incredible and a plan that came together and mades sense for all parties involved. Elder Residence
This home, in downtown historic Lewes, was a complete remodel featuring all new recessed lighting, LED tape lighting, in-cabinet lighting, distributed audio and much more! The clients were great to work with and the project was exciting to see come together!
